Reba Illustrations

Reba is an icon, if you know country music then you should know Reba. Justin Boots entered into a partnership with the Queen of Country for a unique line of western footwear. As part of this every growing line of boots is a series of casual footwear.

The goal was to develop a series a "pin-up" girl illustrations inspired by Reba and her music. All of these illustrations are still used on various footwear and merchandise promoting the Reba by Justin brand.
The process involved hand sketches utilizing various vintage pin-up inspiration and then finishing up in Adobe Illustrator to have a fully scalable pattern. Keeping in mind these illustrations would be used mostly at a smaller scale as little detail as possible was used to help with translating to fabric/canvas.
